Band Discography

Bulbul Zaman (2008)

Bulbul zaman, band's first album, recorded at the Abbey Road Studio in London is unique. It contains an astonishing mixture of modern and ancient kazakh musical instruments, most of which have been almost completely forgotten. The album has seventeen tracks featuring traditional and modern kazakh music.

Tumar

Idea of the album envelope that is made of felt in the form of Tumar belongs to producers of this album—Yerlan Stambekov, Gaziza Gabdrakhimova and Renat Gaissin.

Tumar—generally made of leather, silver or gold that is holding a talisman—amulet. Amulets-tumars are connected to the culture of nomads that can be considered as jewelry and also a guard from a devil's eye and keeps a health and luck. Triangle amulet was connected to a man from his birth to his death. The paper with pray, saint things as piece of material, land, special grass were inside the amulet.
